Resume (Curriculum Vitae)

Mark Fullmer holds degrees in music (2002) and English literature (2006) and served as a Peace Corps volunteer (Philippines, 2010-12). He is managing editor of New Comm Ave, a journal of college writing, and founder of the Scholarship for Future Educators, which provides full tuition to college students studying education in the Philippines. He has published a short story collection (2008), poetry collection (2009), and novel (2010). He currently teaches technical writing at Austin Community College and does web development for the University of Texas. His research interests include genre literature, composition theory, educational technology, and second language acquisition.
